The service I have always received in the past by Colby Cool, usually by John, has been impeccable. Matt was the technician on Thursday, the day before Good Friday. He discovered that my heater needed to be replaced so I was most impressed that Matt was able to arrange to collect a new heater then return later the same day to install it before the Easter break. Just like John, Matt's service was impeccable. As usual, I am most impressed by the top quality service and, on this occasion, Matt's preparedness to go that little bit further to ensure that I had heating that same day.

I just wanted to say I’ve been extremely impressed by the service received from Colby cool especially from service technician Pete, who recently went above and beyond to ensure our heater was fixed. Every time I’ve called the office, everyone has been so kind and easy to deal with.

Old gas heater stopped working on Friday morning, rang Colbycool, and salesman arrived that day at lunch time. New unit installed as promised on the following Monday morning.

From the first appointment, Kirk did an excellent job of explaining the options available for selecting the right evaporative cooler unit for our home since ours had died. He was very patient and thorough when

discussing the options and answering all our questions. I was also very pleased and impressed with the installation team; they arrived when they said they would. The work was performed in an orderly fashion

and when completed they left everything very clean. I would highly recommend this company to everyone and feel comfortable with the end product and service you will receive.

I an Emailing to report the efficient and courteous manner your serviceman, Tom, repaired my ducted heating system yesterday.

Tom went about the task with full knowledge as to what the problem was, and then set about replacing the defective items. He had need to enter the unit on several occasions as the thermostat, was of course located inside the unit; on each time he removed his boots and excused himself.

He is a valued employee for your organisation and hope that he attend to future problems I may have with either heating or cooling.
