As you know, we recently had a new Brivis heating unit installed and we wanted to let you know how happy we were with the service Colbycool provided.

From the moment we made the appointment through to the day of installation, everything ran smoothly. John, who originally came out to inspect the unit, was very prompt and courteous. Then I had contact with you in the office when I ordered and paid the deposit for the new heater and you were also very helpful and courteous. We had been freezing in our home for about two weeks before the new system was installed, so we were very grateful that you were so prompt and you helped in every way possible to have us warm again!! Lachy contacted me to arrange the day and time of installation, which was only a few days after the service call and obviously a very busy time for you guys, being the middle of Winter. Cam and Ben then arrived on the day of installation, nice and early...and it could not have happened on a better day, as it was 12 degrees and hailing!!! Cam and Ben were so friendly and clean, taking their boots off and tidying up after themselves. The new heater is fantastic, working so well and keeping us very warm!! Honestly, the whole experience was so pleasant and positive and I wanted you to let management know. Often people only share the "bad" stories and experiences, however, I think it is important to give positive feedback when you have a good experience. We had a great experience and I think it is a credit to your organisation. We will certainly use you guys again for any servicing and purchasing of our heating and cooling systems.
